The Bank of America pop-up was part of a 2019 PAVE competition. The competition called for a 12,000-square-foot pop-up that was set to be located on a college campus. The space had to include a video conferencing room, a meeting room, a teller space, a special program, and an education area. I worked with the concept of levels, as college is a time of "levelling up" so to speak. It is a time of transition for students from childhood to adult life and as such, my bank experience was created to help students transition into their new financially literate lives.

I worked with the concept of "social banking". To achieve this, I mixed my special program (a coffee bar) with my teller experience. Clients have the option of an impersonal experience by going to the tablets along the back wall or they can have a personalized and casual experience where they meet with the teller at the bistro tables.
